SAVE R US (Students Against Violence Everywhere Are Us) is an anti-violence organization that was started by Brandon Lee Wolff in early 2001 in response to a string of school shootings across America. The club was first formed at Council Rock High School in Newtown, PA and has since expanded to several other high schools in Bucks County, PA. One of the first events that SAVE R US planned was a Peace Festival in October 2001 which was a two-day event to promote peace and nonviolence that involved all 3,000 students at Council Rock High School. This concept of a peace festival was recreated in an elementary school peace festival in 2002 and then was further expanded into Peace Week 2003 which encompassed the entire Council Rock School District. The following year, the peace week expanded even further to become Peace Week BUCKS COUNTY 2004, which involved 12 different school districts and 13 different community organizations in Bucks County, PA. The committee has since expanded and successfully coordinated Peace Week BUCKS COUNTY 2005. In 2006 and in 2007, Peace Week BUCKS COUNTY occurred the same week as TRI-CO Peace Week.

In addition to annual peace weeks, SAVE R US has several other programs including "unity cafes" and the newest Peacemakers program. This program is designed to have college and high school students become trained as Peacemakers to go into elementary schools to educate elementary students about bullying and violence.

The SAVE R US organization established a chapter at Swarthmore College in 2005 and received a Swarthmore Foundation grant to bring the Peacemakers program to Chester, PA. In addition to regular college events and the Peacemakers program, SAVE R US worked with other organizations in coordinating Peace Week SWARTHMORE in April 2005. This week was dedicated to "preventing violence in our local and global community" through a variety of events and activities. In April 2006, Peace Week expanded to include Haverford and Bryn Mawr Colleges in TRI-CO Peace Week 2006 which continued again in April 2007. Also in April 2006, SAVE R US received a Pericles Foundation grant to begin the SAVE R US expansion project of expanding SAVE R US to other schools.
